At The Hang, we ship across the United States with simple, reliable delivery.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

• Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (processing + shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. 

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

• PO Boxes
• APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• Certain restricted locations

Failed Deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned.

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer need the item after it arrives, please refer to our Return Policy for available options.
